Super friendly, casual discussion of my previous experience and minor heads up on what kind of projects I will be dealing with. If everything went positive, they would introduce the candidate to the basic production process followed by the company and also a brief regarding the project will be discussed. The rest of the discussion was via email and telephone after that.

The interview process was straightforward and friendly. It started with a short introduction, followed by questions about my background, portfolio, and experience with animation tools like Maya. They also asked me to walk through one of my recent animation projects and explain my decision-making process.
