Interview
Sarah the recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn, after which here is the order of the process :
- Initial phone interview
- Online Assessment
- 2nd phone interview with the Sales Manager
- In Person interview with the Sales Manager and Hiring Manager
- Decision / Offer
I want it to be very clear and on record that the whole interview process was quick, efficient, and of all the companies I have gone to interview with, none of them compare to the friendliest and most professional people in MakeSpace. Every single person I met and spoke to was courteous, friendly, professional and genuine. It was a great insight to the working environment at MakeSpace. I would NOT think twice of recommending anyone I know to this company.
Reason for declining : personal (sadly), but again, it has absolutely NOTHING to do with the role or company. This place is nothing short of amazing!!
