I interviewed at Manulife (Waterloo, ON)

      Interview

The process was fairly straightforward. They focus heavily on behavioral questions and finding out if you are a good fit for a fast-paced environment. If you already have call center or customer service experience, it’s a big advantage and they will definitely value that. My advice for applicants is to use the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result) to structure your answers and have a couple of go-to situational examples memorized before you go in.
