McKesson interview questions

I applied for a different role the recruiter set up time for screening call. Right off the bat I was told that I will be better fit for a different role and ask to apply for that role, which I did. Within a week the recruiter had set up my first round interview with two directors. Interview was 30 minutes and went well, Two days later I was told of final round interview with SVP and CXO. One of them was effectively a listener and the interview conducted by the other person. I felt as if decision was already made about my hiring before the interview began. Previous round was focused on governance and that seemed to be the biggest challenge, I focused on methodology and management as continuation of what I thought was the challenge based on the last round. No one gave me any feedback or a decision, after about 10 days I logged into the portal and it said "no longer in consideration" after interviewing with SVP and CXO one would expect the courtesy of a human response if not some feedback.

The hiring process starts with Initial Screening from HR. The HR person was nice but he was asking weird questions about my unrelated skill to the job and not able to explain what exactly the job required and explaining the face that how I can be more prepared for the Hiring manager rounds. My next interview with the Hiring Manager was not good. Initially, I have been asked that if I am interested in the other Business Intelligence position they are having other than the NLP/LLM/text analysis subjects. They were not sure whom should hire for which position. Also, they needed someone that knows exactly the pipeline creation, MLOps, building RAG and LangGraphs from scratch as well as complex data engineering tasks. This was more ML Engineer type of position, not the actual data scientist. They need someone that knows how to design and build a Machine Learning system end-to-end from scratch on AWS or GCP. Make sure you ask the HR what positions they are exactly hiring for. There are two more round after this, Technical assessment with other data scientists, and meeting with the senior director at last, and then if they want to move forward, they will let you know after finishing each stage of the interview right away. They won't ghost you or anything like that.
