They asked pretty basic customer service based questions, and they are open to hiring people with no experience. It was a very short and easy interview, just come somewhat prepared.
Very simple. I received a phone call after submitting my resume. I then went for an in-person interview at the store. I was offered the position on the spot, but ended up declining because of a scheduling conflict.

It was a quick interview. They asked questions about my past experience. The process took about a week. A got a call the next day that they wanted to hire me.
