Morningstar Manager Software Engineering interview questions

It seems to be a chaotic atmosphere. From the start the recruiter's had scheduled interview with an older interview date. Had to verify if that was a mistake or not. Turns out to be it is. Next on the recruiter discussion, was told that role was hybrid upto 3 days in office with 2 days in home. Why not make it 4 or 5 days? Atleast make that explicit in the job posting so interested folks can apply. Also salary here is not well defined. It depends on what the team decides in the interview process. So there is pay transparency here even at an engineering management level. I personally wouldn't hire employees in this fashion.
