I applied online and after 3 weeks heard from part from someone. When that happened they did and screening and then set up an interview after that. Then I did the interview over skype about3 weeks after initially hearing back from the company.

Interview
It was an easy process. I had a short conversation with the recruiter. The next round I had an interview with my manager. Then shortly after I received an offer. Would definitely recommend this position.

Question 1
This interview was pretty standard and like every other interview. Essentially just tell the manager about yourself and why you are a good fit for the position.

Interview
One on one interview with future manager, I was asked a series of questions relating to my background and experience. Also asked why I was interested in the company and how I could be an asset.
