Nelson Sales Representative interview questions

My interview was very pointless. I was inside sales already so they knew me. The Manager that interviewed me threw all these crazy scenarios at me to try to get me to waiver and "break". They didn't apply at all to the job or prepare me for the job. He was not qualified to be interviewing for the position. The next step was a job shadow with an existing Rep, but everyone is friends and has partied together so no one takes that seriously hence, nothing learned.
