Interview
The interview process was smooth and straightforward. Interviewer was professional. The process was fast and completed within a week. There were 2 steps involved in the process and I had a positive experience
Interview felt cold and unwelcoming. I was the only one with my camera on — one person said he was driving, others didn’t bother. Got an offer, but the contract had no mention of health benefits and said overtime wouldn’t be paid. Didn’t feel right, so I passed.
Easy question, they mainly look at my personality if I can get along with the other workers in the building. They also look at the way I speak to them and if what I am saying is clear.
