Phone screening with recruiting coordinator within a week of submitting resume. Met with VP of Construction Operations for 1-1 interview followed by 2nd interview with VP’s of Construction and Construction Operations; both were professional, and seemed to be genuine and candid. Thorough and informative interview process with in-depth conversations of knowledge and experience, past and current project scopes including duties performed, ONNI GROUP background, work culture, future goals, and expectations.
