In person interview at the centre followed by a 1 hour interaction with the students . In the interview I was asked to introduce myself and then my availability was confirmed, if I could commute comfortably. Question on my achievements, good part and concerns about tutoring at the centre, how I resolve conflicts etc. 2-3 easy maths questions were given to solve.
