I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at PACCAR (Kirkland, WA) in Jul 2013
Interview
In the hiring process you will first get a phone interview with HR who will then schedule an interview with a team leader and one of the section managers. Be prepared for situation based questions which means to them, a predictor of your past is a predictor of the future. PACCAR will tell you nothing about Salary but will make you an offer to hire. You can reject the offer and ask for better; chances are you are looking for work so if you are average they know that and will pay you that.
