PBS Systems Content Designer interview questions

I was invited for a telephone screening, but the job title had changed. I looked online and it wasn't the same job I'd applied for. I think in the time between my invite and the call, the job description and/or job title changed at least twice. So by that time, I didn't even know what role I was interviewing for. They wouldn't disclose salary range. The recruiter told me it's 100% onsite ("they paid a lot for that building so they want people to go there.") but she couldn't confirm the office location. Too many red flags to count. I declined to go any further.
