One of the worst interview experiences I've ever had. I was contacted by a recruiter and made it to the Hiring Manager round. At the end of the interview with the HM, I was told that they would get back to me in ~2 weeks. As 2 weeks passed, I followed up with the Recruiter (and then the Hiring Manager) and received complete radio silence. Funny thing is that the Manager mentioned how his communication style was "laid back" - guess that meant that he doesn't reply to emails. If you can't even spend less than 2 minutes to reply to a candidate's email on the interview status - that speaks volumes about PC Financial's culture. The whole experience was honestly pretty disappointing. For the sake of your company's reputation, do better.
