First interview was technical and the second was more high-level with technical management. Both interviews were with 4 people, coding problems were done on paper. Overall positive experience.

Interview
There was two interview, first with team leads who were nice and more technical and I answered them very well then with so-called managers one of which was a real idiot.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Interview with team leads was fare (despite the fact that interview questions was more basic and university style questions not real word) But interview with so-called managers was extremely disappointing. Two managers, a female and man who treated me with the segregation and had a racism behavior despite the fact that he was an immigrant himself with popular face we see a lot in this city.
Considering the fact that I was great in the first interview with team leads that were a lot technical than this guy, he started asking me questions that are not usual in the interviews and no one can remember exact code. The whole was not about how technical you are or what you did in past and what were your projects, but find a way to convince anyone in the room that I am not right guy!
I am sorry you were unhappy with the outcome of the interview, but that is no excuse to call my employees inappropriate unprofessional names and accuse them of being racist. If you are that concerned about the format I ask that you contact me directly via LinkenIn so we can discuss this professionally. My employees are hard working and don’t deserve to be called names on social media.

Interview
Was asked to write exact C# syntax for a function. Pretty much mirroring one of the other reviews here. Was asked about my background and various generic interview questions. Can visually see one of the interviewer's disdain when I was not able to produce exact syntactically compilable code. Doesn't look like a manager that I'd want to work with. The other 2 interviewers were great and seemed respectful.
