Phone screen, skip level phone interview, then an in person panel. Direct supervisor gave a departmental tour after panel. Decision process was well-described throughout. Total time from phone screen to offer was 2.5 weeks

Interview
There were extensive background checks using a third-party vendor, and these only started after I had been offered the position. This part was a negative experience and it's not a good third-party vendor. Interviews were positive, though, hence the overall neutral experience.
