After applying I received a call within 48 hours and we set up an interview for a few days later. The interview went smoothly and I was hired on the spot.

Honestly, the hiring manager is the Ops of the store. They’re the second highest ranking. Typically, they do not care. They ask a couple questions, but they aren’t past the basics. After, the may tell you on the spot if you’ve been selected. It’s short and sweet. Most Party City’s are desperate if they’re hiring.
