Payless ShoeSource Sales Associate/Key Holder interview questions

The interview process was short and sweet. They try to get to know you and your experience. They will ask you how much you currently get paid and determine that amount to pay you. I got started off at 7.50 since I previously got paid 7.25. After they interview you, they will call you within the same week and give you information on the hospital to attend to get a drug test. After they receive the results they call you back and schedule you to work

The interview process is easy the first one is with the manager they ask you a few questions and give you a few customer service scenarios then you'll tell a litte about yourself why you want to work for thier establishment then if the manger likes you he or she will have you meet with the district manager and he or she likes you you'll get a call back and they'll ask you the same questions that the store manger asked you
