Phreesia Manager interview questions

From what I'm reading from Glassdoor reviews, it looks like this company has a big issue with recruiter reaching out to applicants and then rejecting them, making it a waste of the applicant's time. I had a general recruiter call and then I got a generic rejection email shortly after saying they were moving forward with another candidate, which makes no sense after a recruiter call. I further inquired and they said they were looking for someone with more experience. Well, why reach out to me in the first place then? My experience is clearly laid out on my resume and matches, if not goes over, the years of experience the position required. Their process is very questionable and lacks transparency.
