One quick phone call to make sure you’re normal and ask about pay expectations. Then a zoom with manager more in depth. Asked about my resume. My manager was really nice so it was a good process.

The hiring manager was respectful and made sure to make me comfortable. It was more of a conversation than an interview. The experience was pleasant. I found the staff from Pinchin humble in nature.
