Interview
It was very pleasant. The recruiter came really prepared for the phone screen, and she understood the tech aspects. I wasn't selected for the next phase but she gave me a call and was extremely polite and even recommended me to apply again in a few months.

Question 1
Why are you looking for a new job? What do you look for in a job? How do you feel about switching from a manager to a ic? What's your experience with selenium and python? Jenkins and aws? What did you learn out of mentoring other people? Have you ever tested a ps4 or ps5?
The process was easy and smooth. One round of Technical interview followed by 2 rounds of a managerial and 1 round of Technical interview. The coding question was leet code medium related to well know data structures. The interviewer was very particular about the syntax and running the program without any compile time error which was very surprising in a coding session with limited time.

Interview
HR phone screening followed by technical (1 coding question) phone interview (40 mins). The interviewer was friendly. Codepad was used for remote pairing. At the end of coding he asked about previous projects and experiences.
