It was easy to deal with the process. 3 step process and easily got in without much hussle. First an HR, the company team mate and an assignment. Totally easy way.

Interview
Quite unstructured with no communication between different interviewers. The first two interviewers had the right business acumen to test and validate the candidate but were quite desperate in bringing me onboard.
New CHRO had an amateurish outlook on things and isn't someone I would want to work with.
