I submitted my resume and cover letter online and at a job fair. I got called to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview went well. I was asked about what I expected for pay. I said I didn't know enough about the job to give them a good answer. They told me the mid range was between $15 and $16 an hour. I emailed them back later with my answer when they asked again. They thanked me for my email. A few days later, they called to say they didn't want to continue the interview process.
