I submitted my application then soon after was sent an email to schule a phone interview. After the phone interview another phone call was scheduled to set up a time for an in person interview. When I went to schedule the in person interview I was told they were no longer hiring for the position.

I interviewed with 2 lead techs and was asked the standard interview questions. We had a good conversation and I said that I was looking for a place to stay long term and possibly retire from.
