They disguise the position as 'expert networking' but it's really just cold calling. Three rounds of interviews. Very long process for a cold calling job - 30 mins online, 5 hour group interview, 1 hour final interview. I am extremely overqualified for the position, but everyone I met at the group interview seemed overqualified. They likely get lots of applications from overqualified individuals because the job posting advertised the position as more than it actually is, along with the bad job market and they are taking advantage of that. I did appreciate the amount of feedback and updates that the HR team gives you throughout the process. Didn't get an offer but I heavily suggested in the final interview that I was not interested in working there. Interviews were very easy in difficulty, which makes sense since this position requires little skill. Anyone with a high school diploma and good phone manner would be able to do the job.
