I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Protiviti (Toronto, ON)
Interview
The recruitment process was, end-to-end, a model of efficiency and engagement. The preliminary conversations with the recruiter(s) was refreshingly informative, and translated into a panel interview within a week.
The panel - comprised of the Managing Director, an Associate Director, and a Senior Manager - conducted a brilliant interview which felt like a natural (albeit challenging and somewhat technical) conversation. At the conclusion, they indicated that I would have their decision within 48-hours - I received it later that same day.

Question 1
Would you please describe how you manage the competing pressures of regulatory deadlines, inadequate systems infrastructure, and a significantly engaged client liaison.
I applied online. I interviewed at Protiviti (Chicago, IL)
Interview
Terrible experience. I first submitted my application and after 1 month got an email from HR about scheduling a phone interview. Then when that day came, got another email saying they needed to cancel it. After another month, I got another email telling me the first HR was laid off and need to schedule a new phone interview with the new HR again. After finally doing my phone interview. Got ghosted ever since. Terrible recruiting process. Shady company.
