We are sorry to hear that you did not have a positive interview experience. There are a couple of points that you mentioned where we would like to offer some more clarity. We are not a pyramid scheme, which is illegal in the United States. It sounds like there is a misunderstanding when it comes to our growth structure. We have a unique business model, but we are proud of that. Instead of taking 10 years to grow into a management position at our firm, it can take one. Obviously, this is not traditional, but it does not fit the criteria of a pyramid scheme. We pride ourselves on being extremely transparent during our interview process as we value the time of our candidates, as well as the interviewing managers. We have a competitive, guaranteed pay structure with opportunities for bonuses and incentives on top of that. Our employees are making well over the minimum wage.
