I was a walk-in. The company was is always looking for crew members, I happened to be at the right place at the right time. Quest does conduct interviews with new employees who aren't referred. I however never had a legitimate interview. Just a one on one talk with the GM and OM at the time on what the job position entailed to.

Unstructured and easy questions. Employer wants to get to know about you and previous work skills. No technical questions. Experience in customer service is a plus point. Overall, simple interview.
