I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at RLDatix in Jul 2024
Interview
Was looking promising at the beginning but became very disappointing nearing the end of the hiring process. The interview process consisted of a personality assessment and 2 interview stages, one general cultural and competency interview and another more in-depth assessment stage where you may be asked to prepare something for this stage to show to the interviewers. Overall, the interview process was conducted very professionally and everyone was clearly passionate and knowledgeable about the role that was being hired for. This was until it came to the offer stage where the recruiter mentioned I would need to wait a few weeks to hear back. I have not heard back and attempts to follow up have gone on deaf ears, which likely means they decided not to move forward with my application and decided upon another candidate. This is completely fine, but promising to return a decision and then completely ignoring the candidate is extremely unprofessional and makes the company look like they use candidates until they're not needed anymore. I will definitely not consider RLDatix as a future employer and advise my trade acquaintances from applying in the future as well. This would've been a positive experience if it wasn't for the fact they decided to disregard such a basic courtesy and respect my time as a candidate, especially since I had other offers on the line.
Thank you for sharing your feedback about the interview process. We're disappointed to hear that our standard for quality in candidate experience was not met in this instance. If you feel comfortable doing so, we'd like to discuss this more in-depth with you, to better understand areas where we can improve.
