My recruiting process and overall experience with RLDatix was very positive, with a really great and positive atmosphere from the start. One thing I’d highlight to anyone going through interviews is how much of a difference clear communication and a respectful approach can make. In my case, Igor was always on time, polite, and very supportive throughout the whole process. I always knew what the next step would be, and I was never left waiting or guessing. That consistency made the experience feel smooth and well-organized. The technical interview was quite fast-paced and with a lot of questions, but still felt like a very constructive discussion. The approach remained respectful and straightforward, which I appreciated. What I found particularly good was that the technical interview felt more like a discussion with colleagues rather than being asked to recall definitions, which I believe is a much better way to understand how a person thinks and approaches problems. The entire group of people I met throughout the recruiting process felt like people I could genuinely imagine working with, which is something very valuable to me. The role itself was also described clearly and honestly at the final stage, so I knew what to expect.

The entire interview process kept me very much unsure as to where I stood between each step. The interviewer was very unresponsive. She would frequently tell me she would reach out on a specific date, but would end up not reaching out on the expected date. I also felt they underpay significantly compared to what the market offers.
