RX Drug Mart interview questions

They got back to me pretty quickly. I was brought in and met team. First interview went quite well but wasn't very thorough. I was screened by a senior member of the team and was told to meet other more junior members. I met individuals who would be my "colleagues" and they came across as quite cold. No smiling and the interview was more like an interrogation. It was evident that they had not read my resume and were not willing to look at how I had done similar work before. They seemed like they were looking for an "ideal" candidate which would be difficult to find given the nature of the work. In the end I got a very strange reason for not getting the job related to lack of experience. The specific experience they mentioned I was deficient in was not probed at all during the interview process which left me disappointed.
