It was pretty straight forward I was an internal promote. Did a panel screening in 4 different rooms and was interviewed by 8 different individuals about different aspects of the job.

The process was pretty normal didn't take long was given a tour as part of the process discuss the focus of the company the culture and the vision of the brand also talked about the role of the general manager
