Interview
I interviewed twice in one day with the talent rep at Resmed and it was awesome. He was very informative and told me next steps. He then proceeded to not contact me for over 2 weeks but eventually told me that I was moving on to the next round of interviews. I did that interview with 2 more people and was told by them directly that I would know one way or the other if I got the job within 2 weeks. They also informed me that I would use the talent rep as the point of contact only. I have emailed several times and it has now been almost 4 weeks since I interviewed. I understand that decisions take time but I was told I would know one way or the other. This gives candidates a false sense of hope. Also, my status is still showing active. I really wanted this job but I am unable to get anyone to contact me back. Even if it was to say to wait a little longer. I have now been ghosted.Also, Resmed has that they respond to every applicant. I would expect after 2 rounds of interviewing that I would know one way or the other and I wasn't just an applicant. I have great respect for this company because I know people that work there. They even told me that I should apply. For people that really need a job this is not ok.

Interview
There were 3 rounds of interviews with 5 different interviewers. HR was very responsive throughout the process, but right after the final interview it was complete silence from the recruiter. It is very unprofessional behaviour from the organisation. If a candidate did not make it through it is basic courtesy to let them know. Do not expect communication when interviewing with this company

There were four rounds in total, the first of which was a video recorded interview via HireVue. My responses were reviewed by the hiring team after which, I was invited to a zoom interview. There were two additional interviews to follow, all of which were conducted via zoom. Throughout the process, the recruiter with whom I worked was very communicative, friendly, and informative.
I would consider it an extremely smooth and enjoyable experience, and would recommend the company based on that.
