I interviewed at Restaurant Associates (Kennett Square, PA)
Interview
Initial call w/ RA followed up with two interviews with the management team at the restaurant. It was a very easy yet a bit lengthy process. I felt they did a great job of fully vetting me and being transparent about what they were looking for and how the company was structured and its values.

Question 1
Loved that they asked what I was looking for out of the role.
I went to two rounds of interviews. I spent 6 hours cooking for a chef test for them on my second round. They told me an update was coming in a few days. Then they ghosted me. It's been 2 weeks, with no response to my follow-up email.
You Apply online. You have an Initial interview. You have a Face to face interview where they describe the role and functions and get to know you. Offer and then induction.
