Restaurant Brands International interview questions

The interview process was fairly traditional. I applied initially. Did a screener interview, then met with the hiring manager. After the hiring manager, I was given a take home assignment with one hour to complete. After that, I was invited for a final round interview where I met with eight people individually on both the legal and business side of the company. Some of the interviews were the more the "vibes" type interviews whereas others asked more technical questions. RBI was communicative and responsive throughout the process.

The interview process was very smooth and organized. The interviews I had with HR and the team felt relaxed and conversational. They focused more on overall fit rather than asking overly technical questions. The HR team communicated clearly at every stage of the process and was very responsive whenever I had questions. Overall, it was a very positive experience.
