Tough interview process but def worth it. I would recommend knowing everything you can about the company and have a good understanding of where you want your career to go.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Rippling (Bengaluru) in May 2026
Interview
It was a horrible experience. The panel knew me, he is one of my ex-colleagues and he made his mind from the very beginning that he won’t qualify me. Firstly my interview got scheduled with a lady hiring manager, then HR called and said that panel is unwell, I said okay reschedule it and then after 3 days they rescheduled, that too with that ex-colleague and not the first panelist. I ignored it.
On the interview day the ex-colleague treated me as a noob employee, did not put his camera on, no greetings nothing, staright away mocked me and tried to grill me, then also when I did not give up, showed best of my best skills with mock calls - bisleri vs kinley and other technical questions from my experience, he told me lets do one more mock call, and from the very first line he gave me one objection, ‘send me an email’. That’s it, 5-6 time same objection, showed no respect to my answers, did not even try to understand how am I dealing with the objections, he just played with me and wanted to reject me from the very beginning.
Rippling as a product assures that panelist’s will not be biased, they take care of that as a solution, everyone will be judged based on their skills - that is their ATS’s key feature.
I am extremely disappointed with this and I know that person will not face any consequences, but I wanted to aware people that these situations might arise, but ‘its not your fault’
Rippling if you are watching this, you can cross check with the interview recording as well. 27th May 7 pm ist
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Technical questions and mock calls related to sdr daily routine. P.S- unnecessary cross questions maybe because the panelist knew me and did not want to hire me, tried to grill me
It was quick and efficientely run. The recruiter was pretty hands off and did not have much involvement or interest in helping. Would often not respond to emails. The interviews were easy if you prepared.
