I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Rolls-Royce (Blankenfelde-Mahlow)
Interview
The interview process started with a telephone call from the HR department, where they briefly discussed the role, my background, and confirmed my interest and availability. Shortly afterward, I was invited for an in-person technical interview with the hiring manager.
The in-person interview was focused on both technical expertise and project management experience, specifically related to the Test Business and External Revenue Generation (ERG) at Rolls-Royce. The questions were detailed but flowed naturally, often based on my previous answers, which allowed for a conversational and engaging exchange.
The interviewer explored my understanding of test rig operations, cost and investment strategies (including EVM, NPV, and IRR), and my approach to leading complex projects. Toward the end, behavioral and motivational questions were also discussed. The overall experience was structured, respectful, and professionally conducted

Interview
3 interviews. Interview team was professional and asked great questions. The HR department, though, modified the position and title I had applied for without my consent. When I asked about the change, I never recieved a response.
