I went through a three-stage process over multiple months. First, I met with an HR rep, then the hiring managers, and then a panel interview with members of the team. After each stage, I received positive feedback but was completely ghosted after the third interview. I would expect more professional courtesy at that stage, especially for an organization focused on career exploration and expansion.

Someone on the talent team poached me over LinkedIn for a role. She had me formally apply and asked for my availability to connect. After sending my availability, I never heard back. About 2 weeks later, I received an email from a different member of the talent team requesting to set up a phone interview. I followed the steps to schedule the interview, received the calendar invite, but the talent team member did not call. I politely sent a follow-up email and never heard back. Pretty terrible for a company to "ghost" someone, especially an individual they recruited to apply.
