SEO Assistant Director interview questions

Someone on the talent team poached me over LinkedIn for a role. She had me formally apply and asked for my availability to connect. After sending my availability, I never heard back. About 2 weeks later, I received an email from a different member of the talent team requesting to set up a phone interview. I followed the steps to schedule the interview, received the calendar invite, but the talent team member did not call. I politely sent a follow-up email and never heard back. Pretty terrible for a company to "ghost" someone, especially an individual they recruited to apply.

Applied online, they contacted me within a week or so. Recruiter was extremely warm and friendly! I had a positive interview process but never made it past the phone screen with her.
