The interview was relaxed and conversational. I was asked about my previous customer service experience, availability, and how I would handle different situations in a busy shop environment. The interviewer was friendly and gave me information about the role and daily tasks. The interview lasted around 30 minutes and felt more like a conversation than a formal interview.
