STEMCELL Technologies Senior Program Associate interview questions

I had a phone interview with a recruiter and it went well. I was told that I could expect an update in a week. Nothing was heard after a week. After that, I sent several emails to follow up, still no responses. After 4 months, I got a standard rejection letter sent from the My Workday system. Although I know that things like this happen a lot, but it doesn't necessarily mean that it shouldn't be improved. I thought the big companies with good reputations like StemCell should have a more professional interview protocol, and their recruiters should be expected to be more responsible. All my other interview experiences were a lot better than this. I was disappointed.
