Salesforce's interview process is by far the most seamless experience I've encountered in my career. My recruiter was very helpful and invested in my success. All steps were clear and communication was clear. I interviewed during the COVID situation so everything was conducted remotely. I was particularly impressed with how well the team handled the interview process despite the chaos of the quarantine. The process included a 20 - 30 minute phone screen with the recruiter, a 1-hour video interview with the hiring manager, and a 75-minute presentation/interview with 4 team members. 

Had to go through 2 recruiters, but they were both nice. The first real interviewer was very tough and asked very tough sales questions despite knowing I did not have direct sales experience and I came from consulting.
