Salaries in Canada are ridiculously low for this company, and frankly insulting given its size and compared to their US salaries. I saw a ton of other negative reviews but just saw most of them stating a subpar interview experience, which can be common so I figured I'd just apply anyways.
I applied for the web developer position which required several years of experience in Vue / Nuxt, and experience in headless CMS environments with all sorts of other specifics. It felt like I got kicked in the teeth when they mentioned the salary. It was less than what I was paid as a junior back in 2016 at a small company.
If you're in Canada applying to this company, do not use Levels.fyi as a reference. At all. The Canadian salaries are so far off they might as well be in a different universe. I knew they would be significantly lower so I quoted as such, but was still taken by surprise.
And if you're thinking "well it can't be that much lower, can it?". Trust me. It is. Don't waste your time.
