Very difficult as I hadn't experience in pharma industry and It became very clear early in the process that experience was essential. The remainder of time was spent asking about college , content of course , research project.

One-on-one with supervisor. 45 mins of resume review and backround questions. Mostly spoke about the position and the qualifications needed as well as the personality of the person that would accel in the position.
