Telephone interview followed by regular interview. There were a lot of questions form the 3-man interview panel. But the HR officer was the one that asked lots of questions.

What do you think will be your biggest challenge on this job
Phone interview with a recruiter followed by a interview person with hiring manager plant manager and hr manager. In person interview lasted about 30 minutes followed by a plant tour. Offer came about 4 days later.
