Savers Production Manager interview questions

horrible! stuffed in a shoebox with no air ....Cement walls....no windows....I am already feeling queezy thinking about it! The manager told me to come at 7:00 am to the store and when I got there...on time....I was locked out and stood by the store window for 30 minutes until someone saw me. Chaos when they let me in and took me to the back where no one looked awake or had slept in weeks. It was unprofessional and my fault for even accepting the job but at the time I thought I would be able to move up.

lots of questions, they wanted to know what your background was and how you managed your staff, they wanted to know how you handled pressure and how firing and hiring process was. what did you do well in your last game. what did you learn about yourself
