Interview
My interview was telephonically, and the interviewer was very kind and gave me all the details of the position related to a customer service agent. I felt very comfortable and the interview went very smoothly. She told me that I was just at the vet the following day, which I did receive an email stating that I could work remotely from home.
Very straight to the point. Easy interview. 2 rounds. Had to also take a computer skills test. One. On one interview then a small group interview with 3 people. Just dress nice and be yourself

Interview
Face to face with several people followed by sample customer calls. The calls were interesting...one with a happy customer and one with an angry customer. I think more weight was placed on the calls than on the questions.
