I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Side (Glasgow, Scotland) in Oct 2019
Interview
There were simply common interview questions and I was given lots of time to answer them. The interview lasted for some time and the person who held it was polite. There was time for questions at the end.

Question 1
Previous experience. List the skills that were gathered from jobs or personal development that can be applicable to the job.
Lies. I went for an interview for Customer Support Representative which is a full-time permanent position, but when I got in there I was going to be interviewed for a totally different role (QA Localisation Tester), which is a zero-hours contract. When I explained I was looking for that particular position, the interviewer told me the vacancy was filled and tried to explain to me they've made internal arrangements, which I think is not honest for such a big company. My guess is that they advertise permanent positions just in order to get more candidates applying for, but what they really want is people working only for the specific time they need at the moment. I had a short experience before this episode working for PTW as QA Tester and never got enough hours in a week. I don't recommend this company if you are looking for stability.
