I had a great interview with their HR rep (which I can't name due to Glassdoor's policy). She passed me along to an in person interview. And that, nothing. I didn't hear back from them at all. I contacted the HR rep three times and she ghosted me, the person that I had my interview with also ghosted me. I will continue to call out companies who ghost their candidates. This is quite common and unprofessional. I do hope that they learn from these reviews and conduct themselves with more decency. Even a boiler plate "you have not been selected" email works fine, just font leave your candidates in the dark.
