1. Height & Reach Check (touch a marked line on the wall) — basic eligibility.
2. Group Discussion / Mass Interview — team interaction skills observed.
3. Management / Panel Interview — deeper questions about motivation, experience, service mindset.
4. Debate / Situational Round — topics like business or general topics may be discussed.
5. Grooming / Kebaya Fitting / Skin Check — strict grooming standards.
6. Document Verification & Contract Offer — final steps before training.

Interview
Had to go through several rounds of interview. It was an interesting yet unique experience as I had never gone through such an interview process before. At the end of each round, it left us wondering what would be the next stage and the difficulty level. But after being in the company, I understand why each stage was necessary as they were looking out for different factors at each stage.

Interview
first round random question, second round, documents check, third round debate question, fourth round interview with HR, fifth round uniform fitting then medical check. The questions are random but body language is very important. Be very humble when answering and always smile.
