I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Sky (Glasgow, Scotland) in Oct 2023
Interview
A tour of the building followed by a presentation. Then a very informal one to one interview. Interviewer nice and very casual. Lots of swearing whilst interviewing me and more of an every day discussion rather than a question & answer. Received an email one day after the interview confirming I don't have the requirements for the role - Absolutely Baffling. Very surprising considering how down to earth and casual the interview was. Worked in a couple of call centres before so the job rejection reason doesn't sit right with me.
Easy process to apply. Easy interview. Interview was very relaxed aswell. Was kept informed throughout the whole recruitment process. Training was good aswell. It was a good team who did the training. Was very informative
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Sky (Dublin, Dublin) in Feb 2021
Interview
1st step Short video about myself, 2nd video interview, after that 4 weeks of training.
The interview is quite straightforward, classic interview questions that you can find online. I think for them the main thing is that a person has common sense and can be teachable.
